The public hates attorneys for good reason; and what is very strange about this, is that they often hate the attorney that they hired to represent them! This is because the emotional and financial hardship on the person or family becomes exacerbated by legal intervention due to the adversarial nature of our system, which sometimes is not appropriate, and often the excessive legal fees cause more damage than any good the attorney may try to accomplish. So therefore, for the average middle-class citizen it would often be wisest to accept their losses, as these losses could be less than legal representation. What is extremely despicable about the present situation is that for the people of lower and middle and comes, since we are unable to interpret legalese, that aside from the small claims court we virtually have no representation.<BR/><BR/>Although the attorneys will fight tooth and nail, one of the best things that could possibly happen for the American people is to get the small claims court limits up to $50,000calhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15621102120718621783noreply@blogger.com
