Hot Damn Now This Is The Ticket!

As I sit here listening to Sen. Biden's acceptance speech conclude, and know this is the ticket. At this very moment the Democratic nominee for President, Barack Obama is striding out to be with his running mate. Yes, my friends and other folks you are about to see an ole fashion ass whopping take place in about 60+ days. The dirt and mass distortion of facts put forth by the McSame Rethugs, well the teflon walls have gone up. Yes this is, in my humble opinion a dream ticket, and I look forward to the November results, but more specifically January 19, 2009.

Many bloggers, diarists as on DailyKos will refer to tomorrow night and that special date in November as historic for America. Once again AMERICA will lead the western world (I include you Europe specifically) in that America will be the first country to elect a person of color to it's highest office. Four years ago British papers asked "how can 52 million Americans be so wrong?" In November, I hope those same British papers will write, "America is human but boy does she know how to correct past mistakes that all of us can learn from".

I will echo Michelle Obama's remarks that created such a firestorm for her. This is a time in my life I never thought to see and I am damned proud of my country!
